Automated Electronic Forms: Intellixion's E-Form module helps to streamline business processes by automating daily use paper based forms to electronic format. Examples of these forms include but are not limited to invoices, job application, loan or lease application, medical forms, legal and student records. These automated forms are secure with in built e-mail capability and can be used  as part of a business process workflow for sharing, review and approval of various business transactions. 

Collaborative Content Management: Provides a secure platform for businesses to work and collaborate on daily task and project with both internal and external customers. It is a web based solution, with advance security feature. Access to data and information can be restricted at both folder and document level, giving user complete control on the security of their information.

Reports: provides a snapshot of performance of a company based on management requirement. The reports can be generated on a weekly, monthly or yearly basis. These reports can be viewed online or downloaded to an excel file.

Events: Is a calender based feature that allows listing of company wide events on a single platform for all the employees to see. One of the advance feature of this module is auto enrollment. This helps employees to enroll for events on-line and get auto notification of events via e-mail. Advance security feature of this module allows all or certain employees to list new events based on their rights and roles within a company.

Announcements: This is also a calender based module that allows listing of notification or information that are relevant for an organization. Just like events module the advance security feature of this module allows all or certain employees to list announcements based of their roles within an organization.

Blog: Provides a common platform for all employees within an organization to share knowledge. It is a community forum for exchange of ideas and sharing of information. Each employee can create their own blog. They can also add comments to other blogs. The advance security feature of the blog allow for review of contents of blog so that only appropriate information gets posted.
